ProspectPanda operates as a CRM platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, track leads, and close deals. In providing these services, we act in two distinct capacities depending on whose data is involved.

As a processor. When you use ProspectPanda to manage your own customers' data, we process that data on your behalf as a data processor. Your use of the platform to handle third-party data is governed by your agreement with those individuals and our Data Processing terms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your customers' data stored within the platform.

Data you have stored within the Platform (such as contact records and pipeline data) may be requested for export within 30 days of account termination. After that period, ProspectPanda may permanently delete that data.

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
